AI Writing Trainer

Job Description

The AI Writing Trainer is responsible for developing, reviewing, and refining written training materials used to improve the writing capabilities of artificial intelligence systems. The position focuses on helping AI models produce well-structured, grammatically correct, coherent, informative, and contextually appropriate written responses across different communication formats.

The trainer will create sample responses, develop writing exercises, assess generated content, and provide corrections that demonstrate appropriate writing standards. This role requires strong language proficiency, an understanding of different writing styles, and the ability to identify weaknesses in AI-generated text. The successful candidate will contribute to improving how AI systems communicate through professional writing, general correspondence, technical explanations, educational content, and other forms of written communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop high-quality writing examples for AI model training.
Review and improve AI-generated written content.
Create training materials covering grammar, sentence structure, tone, and readability.
Demonstrate appropriate writing styles for different audiences and communication purposes.
Identify weaknesses in AI-generated paragraphs, articles, and written responses.
Rewrite unclear, repetitive, or poorly structured content.
Develop examples that teach AI systems effective communication techniques.
Evaluate improvements in AI writing quality across training assignments.
Maintain consistent editorial and language standards.
Collaborate with AI researchers and content development teams.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Creative Writing, Communications, Linguistics, or a related discipline.
Professional writing, editing, or content development experience.
Excellent command of English grammar, vocabulary, and sentence construction.
Ability to write across different tones, formats, and subject areas.
Strong analytical and instructional writing abilities.
Familiarity with generative AI tools and language model training processes.
