AI Text Quality Analyst
Job Description
The AI Text Quality Analyst is responsible for examining and evaluating written outputs produced by artificial intelligence systems to determine whether they satisfy established language quality, relevance, consistency, and usability requirements. The position focuses on identifying patterns of writing deficiencies, measuring text quality against predefined standards, and providing actionable recommendations to improve the performance of AI language models.
The analyst will conduct structured assessments of generated text across different domains, examining factors such as readability, sentence construction, contextual relevance, tone consistency, information completeness, and logical coherence. The role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent language comprehension, and the ability to identify both obvious and subtle quality issues within large volumes of AI-generated content.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate AI-generated text against established quality standards.
Assess readability, coherence, structure, and contextual relevance.
Identify recurring language errors and content inconsistencies.
Analyse text quality across different subjects and communication formats.
Develop and apply structured text evaluation criteria.
Identify weaknesses affecting the clarity and usefulness of generated responses.
Prepare quality assessment reports and performance summaries.
Recommend improvements to AI writing and language generation processes.
Collaborate with AI developers and content quality teams.
Monitor quality trends and document recurring model performance issues.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, English, Communications, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience in language analysis, editorial assessment, or quality assurance.
Strong understanding of grammar, writing structure, and language quality.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with AI-generated content and evaluation frameworks.
Ability to interpret quality metrics and prepare detailed reports.
